A few honest answers

Is this really free?

Yes. One email a day for 30 days, then we stop. You can sign up for Tovi separately if you want — and there's a gentle note about it on Day 30 — but nothing is gated.

Do I need to buy anything?

No. Every activity uses things already in your house. Spoons, bowls, socks, paper, water. If a day ever calls for something you don't have, we name a swap.

What if my kid is too young or too old?

The activities are written for roughly 18 months to 5 years. Every email includes a one-line scale-it-down and scale-it-up tweak. Same activity, different hands.

What if I miss a day?

You miss a day. The next email still comes. Skip a week if you need to. Tovi doesn't do guilt.

Can I start late?

Yes. The calendar is dated May 1 through May 30, but you can start whenever. Emails drip from your signup date if you join after May 1.

Is this screen-free forever? Am I joining a movement?

No. It's 30 days. We're not anti-screen. We're pro having something else to do. Do what works for your family after.

Ready?

The welcome email with the printable calendar lands in under a minute. Check spam if you don't see it.

I’m Nameet. I built Tovi because I needed it. My wife and I have a two-year-old, and every morning I was standing in the kitchen thinking “what should we do today?” — then opening Pinterest, then getting stuck on a craft that needed supplies I didn’t have.

We don’t do screens at home. Not a judgment — just our call. Which meant we needed ten times more ideas than we had. So I started writing down the ones that worked. Simple ones. Spoons-and-a-bowl ones.

The 30-day challenge is a slice of those. Thirty days is enough to feel different. Not enough to feel like a commitment.

If it works, you’ll know. If it doesn’t, you unsubscribe and we part friends.
