Terms of Service

Tovi (“the Service”) is operated by Drumworks Ventures FZ LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). Tovi provides daily Montessori-aligned activity suggestions for parents and caregivers of children aged 0–5.

Activities are suggestions only. They are designed for adult supervision and should always be adapted to your child's individual abilities and needs. You are responsible for ensuring any activity is safe and appropriate for your child.

Tovi is a tool for parents and caregivers. It is not a substitute for professional childcare, medical advice, or developmental assessment.

By using Tovi, you agree to:

• •Always supervise children during activities suggested by Tovi
• •Provide accurate information when creating your account
• •Keep your account credentials secure and not share them
• •Use the Service in accordance with all applicable laws
• •Assess each activity for safety based on your child's age and abilities before proceeding

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Tovi.

All content on Tovi — including activity descriptions, illustrations, copy, and design — is owned by Drumworks Ventures FZ LLC or used with permission.

You may share individual activities with friends and family for personal use. You may not republish, sell, or redistribute Tovi content commercially without our written permission.

Tovi provides activity suggestions for informational and educational purposes only. We are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising from the use of activities suggested through the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drumworks Ventures FZ LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of Tovi after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
